We are surrounded by deception, cover-ups, and participate in half-truths and blatant lies. As a culture, our ever-growing tolerance for dishonesty has created an epidemic of mistrust, stress, anxiety, depression and hopelessness. However, dishonesty is destructive to our health, creativity and relationships.  By telling the truth, we can move forward in our relationships and in our lives confidently and with ease.

Honesty isn’t easy to learn. We are taught to hide, spin, dodge, embellish and withhold information to manipulate the opinions of others. When we stop half-truthing our way through life, we become happier, more satisfied, and are able to create strong bonds of trust, friendship and intimacy.

As each of us chooses to be honest with ourselves and each other, not only do our lives change -  our culture also changes. This makes telling the truth a transformative and revolutionary act. An act of rebellion.  A healing act.  An act of Power.

Honesty is communication that is direct, complete, authentic and expressive. It is the best way to reduce stress, make life work, and heal the past.

  • Learn a new set of communication and noticing skills.

  • Practice how to get out of your mind, stay in touch with reality, and increase your experience of satisfaction.

  • Tell the truth and get free from the jail of your mind.

  • Get unstuck at work and in relationships

  • Stop ‘avoiding conflict’ and instead, learn to make clear requests.

  • Clean up problem relationships and get over hurt and anger.

  • Be exactly as you are without guilt or apology

“Truth –telling is not about a moral taboo against lying. Honesty is a requirement of having joyful, playful, truly successful lives. I’m not saying that it’s immoral to lie. Honesty is a pragmatic thing. If you go out and tell each other the truth you’ll be happier. You’re better nurtured in a world in which you’re telling the truth than you are in a world in which you’re cowering, hiding and lying.”
