We are in this together, and together we will create a community dedicated to finding peace in the midst of radical change and uncertainty. You will learn about the way your mind works and will be given tools that increase your ability to find the calm in the center of the emotional storms, act with purpose, and find creative solutions to unusual problems. We will brainstorm and play as we support each other to be resilient, grounded, and powerful.

This class includes guided meditation, deep relaxation, and stress vanquishing tools, including essential oils, music, movement, journaling, touch, and humor.
